What is Spellbound For Literacy?
Spellbound for Literacy will be an evening of comradery and celebration… plus there is bound to be some spelling!
THE EVENT:
There are a variety of activities at Spellbound, including, a silent auction, raffle baskets, a wine wall, chocolate wall, paddle raise, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar. This year will also feature a showcase to highlight the work of WALC and our learners.
THE GAMES:
Throughout the evening there will be two rounds of spelling and word related games. Teams consist of 6 – 8 players and you’ll be taking on the likes of the “Susan Bee Anthony” and “Spellicious”, so don’t hesitate to get punny with your name!

100% of the proceeds go directly to supporting Winnebago Area Literacy Council programs.
Your tax-deductible investment will be used to eliminate barriers through free learner-centered literacy programs that strengthen our community.
