Mikenzi graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Web Management–along with certificates in Web Design, Social Media, and Hmong Studies.

She first joined the Winnebago Area Literacy Council as a Marketing & Communications Intern during her last semester of college and transitioned into a full-time role as the Events & Marketing Coordinator shortly after completing her degree.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and working out.
