Ashley is a current undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh majoring in Human Services Leadership (HSL) with a minor in Spanish. This upcoming fall semester, she will be graduating from UWO with her bachelor’s in HSL, and is looking forward to pursuing my master’s degree right after. She lives in Waupun, Wisconsin, and loves spending time with family and friends, going on walks, traveling, and eating out in her free time.

What does literacy mean to you?

Literacy to me signifies the ability to understand and connect with others. It’s the key people need to prosper in a community and the foundation that creates opportunities for success in society. This is why I love being part of an amazing team like WALC- because they make that impact every day!
