Workplace Literacy Program
Workplace Literacy is the skills employees need to have in order to be successful at work functions and manage the demands of their jobs in a healthy, productive way. Increasing employee skills in the workplace helps provide a foundation for lifelong learning as people and businesses grow together. Improving employees’ skills creates a more productive workforce, a more competitive economy, and more revenue for a company.

If you are a company that employs refugees and immigrants, our sustainable, customized to your business Workplace Literacy program can help you make a lasting impact by:
– enhancing employee literacy
– improving safety and increasing productivity
– reducing turnover and building loyalty

We can help your employees improve their on-the-job English and hone the skills needed to meet the expectations in a specific job cell.

Public Transportation Training
This program is designed to eliminate barriers to literacy by providing personalized transportation training for our learners. Our trainers will walk along with the learners until they are ready to become the teacher, successfully leading the trainer through a public transportation trip.
